Return and Exchange Policy
We understand that from time-to-time you may need to exchange or return an item to us. We accept exchange of items with proof of purchase. We accept a return ONLY if there is a valid reason.
Before returning any items please contact GOAA Book Centre Customer Service to discuss your reason for requiring an exchange or return and organize an approval to exchange or return an item.
All returns require prior permission. If you wish to return a book please contact customer service within 24hours of receiving the item either by phone or email advising us of the reason for the return.
Before contacting GOAA Book Centre regarding an exchange or return please understand the following terms of business:

GOAA Book Centre will not pay for postage if you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, or made a mistake in your ordering.

If you have changed your mind, or made a mistake, we require notification within 2 business days of the recorded delivery date.

If you received a faulty or damaged item, we require notification within 2 business days of the recorded delivery date.

If the item you received is not what you ordered, we require notification within 2 business days of the recorded delivery date.

GOAABC is NOT obligated to offer a store credit for products that are returned damaged to our Distribution Centre or never arrive. To qualify for a credit an item must be returned in perfect condition ready to be resold. Failure to package a returning item properly will undoubtedly result in no store credit and the product will be returned to the customer.

A store credit issued for a return will be for the value of the returned item only. A store credit for a specific item does not cover the cost of postage.

DVDs, CD's, religious items and other items shipped sealed or shrink-wrapped must be returned in original sealed or shrink-wrapped condition if you are requesting an exchange. We cannot accept CDs or DVDs as returns, unless the goods are factory sealed and unused, or faulty.

GOAABC will gladly sent out and replace for any incorrect items.

Returns must include receipt or proof of purchase, customer pays return shipping fees, unless we have made a shipping error.

No credit is given for items damaged by the shipping agent. If a carton arrives damaged, the customer should refuse shipment. If an item is received damaged, the customer must report it immediately to the supplier. Packaging material must be retained for inspection to receive credit or replacement.

Returned items must be in there original condition. When returning items, please indicate the reason for your return.
